Editorial and technique content is published for general information. Grappling carries a genuine risk of injury. Nothing here is coaching, medical or legal advice, and it does not replace supervised instruction from a qualified coach. You are responsible for your own training decisions.
Intellectual property
The Guard Theory name, the GT monogram, site design, photography and written content belong to Guard Theory unless stated otherwise. Quoting short extracts with a link and attribution is fine. Republishing articles in full, or reusing the monogram or brand assets, is not.
Accuracy
We work to keep content accurate and correct errors under the corrections policy, but we do not warrant that everything is complete or current.
